Ensure project readiness and compliance with all applicable safety, security, regulatory, manufacturing, and quality requirements. Maintain accurate and timely project KPI reporting, providing a clear and transparent view of project health, risks, and performance. Champion the adoption of product development processes, engineering best practices, and delivery discipline across project teams. Proactively identify, assess, and resolve project issues and risks, ensuring effective risk management, mitigation planning, and end-to-end requirements traceability. Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment to achieve project objectives and deliver successful business outcomes. Coach, mentor, and support the development of junior project managers and team members, fostering growth and capability building.
