Job summary

PLT Engineering in Singapore is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to orchestrate cross-functional programs, define delivery roadmaps with Tech and Product leaders, and drive data-driven improvements across initiatives.

Based onsite in the Singapore area, you will report to a Senior TPM Leader and own strategy, governance, and execution for complex programs spanning multiple teams.

Get to Know the Role

As the Lead Technical Program Manager, you will manage a variety of complex, cross-functional programs and lead all aspects of assigned program delivery. Get a taste of how Grab really works, behind the scenes. You will create and maintain the delivery roadmap for the teams you work with, along with the respective Tech and Product Leaders. You will also get to define the way of driving these programs and always find ways of improving this process in a data-driven manner.

You will report to a Senior Technical Program Management Leader, and will be based onsite in our Petaling Jaya office.

• Technical Facilitation: Lead technical whiteboard sessions to troubleshoot project implementation details, remove blockers, and provide strategic input on complex issues impacting tech and non-tech teams.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Manage communications across teams to align non-tech and tech stakeholder needs, tracking and reporting progress against milestones.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and implement improvements in team and organizational delivery practices; drive the adoption of best practices to enhance responsiveness.
• Strategy: Develop long-term planning frameworks and roadmaps aligned with broader strategic goals.
