Job summary

Grab is Southeast Asia's leading superapp, seeking a Lead Product Manager for Infrastructure Platforms to own the platform product roadmap and drive the builder experience at scale across thousands of engineers and hundreds of microservices.

You will define strategy, KPIs and OKRs, drive adoption, and partner with engineering teams to deliver high-quality PRDs while promoting best practices in production engineering for scalable, reliable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management in a technical context.
• MS or Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other quantitative fields.
• Strong storytelling skills: ability to distill complex insights into a compelling and concise narrative.
• Effective communication and relationship management with partners from both technical and non-technical backgrounds.
• Proficiency in extracting insights from data and summarizing key takeaways.
• Excellent judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Adaptive mindset, quickly acquiring technical skills and being highly effective across various products due to a strong product management background.
• Capacity to define intricate business problems and articulate requirements spanning multiple product/project areas and teams.
• The ability to combine meticulous attention to detail with swift execution.
• Familiarity with how agentic products are built, scaled and optimised (e.g., LLM orchestration frameworks, vector databases, evaluation loops, model selection) is a strong advantage.
• Experience in managing infrastructure or reliability products with public cloud technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of Grab's platform engineering product roadmap, and execution by closely collaborating with the Platform Engineering team.
• Define strategy, problem spaces & corresponding success metrics, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and OKRs, to guide our teams.
• Own your products’ success: drive adoption and ensure your customers’ goals are met.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to churn out high‑quality Product Requirements – and see them through to high‑quality execution.
• Collaborate with our customers – primarily Grab's engineering teams – to comprehend their challenges, provide solutions, and promote solution adoption.
• Introduce best practices and thought leadership in production engineering to elevate Grab's capabilities.

As a Lead Product Manager for Infrastructure Platforms at Grab, you will leverage your technical and quantitative skills, customer‑centric mindset, empathy, and collaborative approach to drive innovation and deliver well‑thought‑out platform products and solutions – all geared towards creating Grab’s industry‑leading builder platform.
