We are funded by top investment partners Accel, ELEVATION & Blume Ventures and have raised 32 Million USD in funding including our latest Series B round.The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Lead Recruiter to drive GTM and non-technical hiring. This role requires someone capable of independently managing end-to-end recruitment for 10-12 positions per quarter while building strong stakeholder relationships and optimizing processes. You will also mentor junior recruiters when needed and contribute to operational leadership within the recruitment function.Key responsibilities : Independently manage the full recruitment cycle across GTM and non-technical roles. Recruit for 10-12 roles per quarter, ensuring timely and high-quality hires. Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, understanding their needs and delivering results. Source and attract top talent, leveraging expertise in B2B SaaS hiring. Lead recruitment operations, ensuring process efficiency and a seamless candidate experience. Mentor and guide junior recruiters, fostering team development when required.What were looking for : 6+ years of talent acquisition experience with expertise in GTM hiring; B2B SaaS preferred. Proven ability to manage complex recruitment processes and senior stakeholders. Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Experience mentoring junior recruiters or managing small teams.
