Job description

Lead, Student Care & Development

Salary: S$6,000 – S$7,500

Location: West

Working Hours:

• Mon–Thu: 8:30 AM – 5:45 PM
• Fri: 8:30 AM – 5:15 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives that promote holistic student care and personal growth.
• Act as the first point of contact for students, identifying needs early and connecting them to the right support.
• Develop programmes that build mental, emotional, and social resilience.
• Work closely with staff and student leaders to ensure initiatives remain relevant and impactful.
• Support career planning, leadership development, and student life activities.
• Oversee leave applications, disciplinary cases, and special support arrangements.
• Track outcomes, monitor KPIs, and improve student care strategies continuously.
