Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore seeks a candidate to lead initiatives promoting student wellbeing and support. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field, at least 6 years of relevant experience, and strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include managing student-related processes and designing programs to enhance resilience. Competitive salary of up to S$7,500 offered.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in student services, welfare, or pastoral care.
  • Experience in student affairs, counselling, or related roles is preferred.

Up to S$7,500

Mon–Thu 8.30am–5.45pm, Fri 8.30am–5.15pm

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead initiatives promoting student wellbeing and holistic growth.
  • Be the primary contact for students, providing support and referrals to specialised services.
  • Design engaging programmes to enhance students’ mental, emotional, and social resilience.
  • Collaborate with faculty, student leaders, and university offices to ensure seamless student support.
  • Support career readiness, student leadership, and peer mentoring programmes.
  • Manage student-related processes including leave applications, disciplinary cases, and assessment support.
Requirements
  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Counselling, or related field.
  • Min. 6 years of relevant experience in student services, welfare, or pastoral care, with a strong track record of supporting student development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in student affairs, counselling, or related roles is preferred.
  • Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment.
