Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to drive secure, cloud-native platform delivery in the banking domain. You will define architecture, design microservices, APIs, IAM, and cybersecurity solutions while aligning with enterprise standards.

The role requires leadership, mentoring teams, and collaboration with enterprise architects and delivery teams; weekend/shift readiness is expected, with hands-on cloud and Java/Spring expertise.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in solution architecture and platform engineering in banking or fintech domains.
• Strong expertise in IAM, OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, Digital Identity, Mobile Security, and Cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the architecture and delivery of secure, scalable, cloud-native platforms within the banking domain.
• Lead the design and implementation of microservices, APIs, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and cybersecurity solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and engineering best practices.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Key Requirements:

• 5-10+ years of experience in solution architecture, application development, and large-scale platform engineering.
• Strong expertise in IAM, Authentication, Authorization, OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, Digital Identity, Mobile Security, and Cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services (EC2, ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, S3).
• Proven experience designing Microservices, APIs, Cloud-Native Solutions, and cloud migration strategies.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, CI/CD, DevOps, Agile methodologies, and SDLC practices.
• Experience in banking, payments, transaction systems, and regulatory environments.
• Ability to provide technical leadership, establish engineering standards, mentor teams, and collaborate with enterprise architects and delivery teams.
