As a Lead Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in driving the design and development of cloud-based solutions. You will be accountable for guiding a team of software architects and engineers to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure cloud solutions that enable intelligent operations and digital transformation for our customers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of cloud technology and drive innovation in the industrial software space. You will work with cross-functional teams to define architectural strategies, design ethics, and best practices for cloud development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead a team of software architects and engineers in the design and development of cloud-based solutions
2. Define architectural strategies, design ethics, and best practices for cloud development
3. Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and secure cloud solutions
4. Drive innovation through the evaluation and adoption of new cloud technologies, tools, and frameworks
5. Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of cloud solutions through effective architectural design and implementation
6. Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning
7. Work with product managers and stakeholders to align architectural choices with business objectives

YOU MUST HAVE

1. 10+ years of experience in software architecture and development, with a focus on cloud-based solutions
2. Expert-level knowledge of cloud architecture and design ethics
3. Strong proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
4. Experience guiding and mentoring software development teams
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

WE VALUE

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
2. Strong guiding and management skills
3. Proven ability to drive successful cloud development projects and initiatives
4. Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
5. Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
6. Passion for innovation and continuous learning
