Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Manager of Software Engineering within the Global Liquidity and Cash Management (GLCM) team of Corporate and Investment Banking Technology.

You will lead multiple teams, guide day-to-day implementation, and ensure compliance with business requirements and best practices. The role demands strong people leadership, deep software engineering experience, and hands-on involvement with development processes, CI/CD, and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience leading technology projects and managing technologists.
• Proficient in automation and continuous delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Hands on with technology and development including processes
• Provides guidance to immediate team of software engineers on daily tasks and activities
• Sets the overall guidance and expectations for team output, practices, and collaboration
• Anticipates dependencies with other teams to deliver products and applications in line with business requirements
• Manages stakeholder relationships and the team's work in accordance with compliance standards, service level agreements, and business requirements
• Provide Manager (Level 3) support for the applications on a 24x7 basis
