Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with mastery in C++.
• Experience delivering electronic trading system design, development, testing, and operations.
• Proficiency in modern C++ and SDLC concepts.
• Automation, continuous delivery, and security know-how.
• Cloud-native experience and familiarity with financial data systems.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implement, support and maintain a growing liquidity seeking and crossing platform of Asian markets.
• Contributes to the front office trading team in pre- and post-trade analysis and smart order routing strategies.
• Designs and builds internalization strategies for multiple business silos while ensuring robustness of dark pools.
• Executes creative software solutions, design, development and troubleshooting with innovative problem solving.
• Leads evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams on architecture and applicability.
• Leads communities of practice across Software Engineering to drive awareness of new technologies.
