The Role:

• Develop and maintain internal web applications on cloud and on-premise environments.
• Assume responsibility for product development and lifecycle.
• Address business requirements through technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality by adhering to well-designed, testable, and modern software development practices.
• Maintain product robustness and stability.
• Create and maintain proper documentation and support processes.

What You’ll Bring:

• Expertise in Python web frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, Flask, etc.
• Experience in developing scalable and robust web applications.
• Proficiency with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience leading small teams.
• Ability to interact with users for feedback and iterate on product design.
• Solid background in Unix/Linux environments.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CI/CD and version control systems (preferred).
• Experience with GCP (preferred).
• Knowledge of microservices, caching, data visualization, log aggregation, search, queuing systems (preferred).
• Experience with Docker, containerization, Kubernetes, or distributed systems (preferred).
• Finance experience is not required.
