Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Singapore, within Corporate and Investment Banking, Equities - Structuring and Trading Technology, seeks a Lead Software Engineer to drive design, development, and delivery of trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, scalable way.

You will provide technical guidance, develop secure production code, review others' code, and influence product design and operations while advancing firmwide frameworks and SDLC practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Math or related field.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with mastery in Java in trading systems.
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Advanced in one or more programming languages.
• Advanced knowledge of software applications and technical processes with deep knowledge in cloud/AI/ML/mobile.
• Ability to tackle design and functionality problems independently with minimal oversight.
• Practical cloud native experience.

• Advanced in one or more programming language(s)
• Advanced knowledge of software applications and technical processes with considerable in-depth knowledge in one or more technical disciplines (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)
• Ability to tackle design and functionality problems independently with little to no oversight
• Practical cloud native experience
• Experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field
