• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
• 5+ years of applied software engineering experience.

• Develops secure, high-quality production code and reviews code written by others.
• Delivers creative software solutions with scalable architectures.
• Leads AI-assisted coding and testing practices to improve quality and speed.
• Ensures secure handling of inputs/outputs and responsible AI use.
• Collaborates with Operations, Trading, Quantitative Research and Tech to modernize workflows.
