Job summary

Vertical Institute in Singapore is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to own the technical direction of a small, high-output team building the systems powering our learning platform and internal operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you still code, review, and set architecture that scales.

You will partner with the CEO and cross-functional teams across admissions, sales, finance and operations to translate business priorities into a technical roadmap and lead the team to deliver it

Qualifications

• Experience leading or mentoring an engineering team in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong background in full-stack development and scalable architectures.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical roadmaps.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
