Job description

· Responsible for orchestrating processes enabling Metadata management and Technical Lineage in Collibra

· Coordinate with different teams – understand and articulate requirements; speak the language that can be understood by both Technical and Business stakeholders

· Serve as the Collibra Subject Matter Expert – Suggest best practices and guidelines for Collibra Data Governance implementation

· Perform Collibra platform customization and configuration – Understand the hierarchy / structure of the (customer) organization to propose a suitable Collibra Operating Model; Design meta-model for use-cases – recommend Out-of-the-box models & customize the asset model where necessary.

· Expertise in Collibra Harvesting, Data Profiling and Classification Mechanisms – Job Server; with special emphasis on EDGE

· Work with Collibra connectors - for metadata harvests from different data sources – Relational Databases (MSSQL, Oracle, DB2), Cloud repositories - Amazon S3, Reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau)

· Design and architect custom integrations / add-on utilities for Metadata Ingestion.

· Expected to be proficient in designing and developing complex workflows to aid Technical and Business processes – Knowledge of embedding external UI in workflows, facilitating communication with enterprise platforms like JIRA, Service Now, SharePoint.

· Help business users view the data flow across their organization - Hands-on experience in setup, installation and configuration of Collibra’s Lineage Harvesters to render Technical Lineage

· Innovate and deliver creative, user-friendly solutions for users to perform Impact Analysis, generate audit reports, ensure effective governance using Reference Data Management & Data helpdesk modules

· Build custom Collibra dashboards using available widgets, integrate Market place components to incorporate new features – embedded iframes, Report insights and plug in custom html/css features

· Provide sound assistance to manage, monitor and migrate configuration and content across different Collibra environments in the Organization. Define process flows and aid in the Change management process for Collibra implementations

Conduct trainings and learnings (LMS) for Technical and Business Stewards and different teams - to increase adoption and usage of Collibra as the central Data Catalog across the organization.
