Our work environment promotes high achievement, camaraderie, and a constant sense of enthusiasm.**Job Responsibilities:**- Design, build, test, and deploy cutting-edge solutions on a large scale, impacting millions of customers and contributing directly to revenue generation.- Collaborate with product management to translate the product vision or business problem into technical requirements, implementation, and successful deployment.- Responsible for system analysis, design, and architecture of the entire product/platform, which handles millions of transactions. Refactor both backend and frontend layers to enhance resilience.- Ensure nonfunctional attributes such as scalability, availability, serviceability, usability, and practical aspects are considered throughout the development phases.- Define project scope, deliverables, dependencies, resources, timeline, and budget, ensuring projects are completed within the specified timeframe. Establish architectural and development standards for Logistics platforms.- Prepare technical documentation for programming features and ensure team members are clear on deliverables and tasks.- Make technology choices and select tools with both short-term and long-term interests in mind.- Collaborate with Automation teams to determine testing requirements for comprehensive coverage and high product quality.- Uphold and advocate for company policies, procedures, mission, values, and ethical standards.- Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, managing their expectations effectively.**Qualifications:**- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering from a reputable University.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical design, software development, and architecture on the backend involving scalable, high-performing, and available platforms.- Hands-on experience with SaaS based products and Open-Source Technologies including Java, Spring Boot, Python, Django, Distributed system technology, PostGreSQL database, and NoSQL Database.- Proficiency in technical skills such as JIRA, Gitlab, Rest API, GCP or AWS, Jenkins, Maven, Ansible, and other build & deployment tools.- Strong understanding of event-driven, microservices architectures, and web services.- Good knowledge of security, identity management, scaling, and performance management.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation, presentation, and documentation.**Job Location:** Remote,
