Job summary

A leading compliance auditing firm in Singapore is looking for a Senior Social Compliance Auditor to lead impactful audits across supply chains. The role requires over 5 years of experience in social compliance and ethical auditing, with strong knowledge of frameworks like SMETA and RBA. The ideal candidate will also coach junior auditors and engage with factory management to enforce compliance. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in social compliance or ethical auditing.
• Strong knowledge of SMETA, RBA, WRAP, BSCI, or equivalent frameworks.
• Fluent in English; additional Asian languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute social compliance audits (SMETA, RBA, etc.).
• Prepare clear audit reports and present findings to clients.
• Coach and guide junior auditors during assignments.
• Engage directly with factory management to drive corrective actions.
• Maintain professional independence while delivering client value.
