Job summary

Flare Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Team Lead for Snowflake AI & Cortex Platform to design, build, and operate enterprise-grade AI agents on Investment Data. This role combines deep Snowflake expertise with strong people leadership.

You will guide a team of Data Engineers and AI Engineers, set technical strategy, ensure platform reliability, govern data, and drive AI-enabled analytics across the business. Regular onsite collaboration with stakeholders is expected.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python and SQL.
• Experience leading technical teams.
• Experience with enterprise AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define technical strategy and architecture for Snowflake Cortex AI agents.
• Lead development and operations of AI agents and related platforms.
• Oversee governance, security, access controls, and data quality.
• Mentor and manage Data & AI Engineers.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into capabilities.
• Report on platform health and progress.
