As part of their digital transformation journey, they are looking to hire a Senior ServiceNow & Java Developer to lead the design and enhancement of enterprise-scale applications supporting mission-critical payment platforms.

This is a high-impact role for a hands-on technologist eager to shape secure, scalable solutions that power a nation’s digital infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development of scalable ServiceNow CSM applications and Java backend systems

• Architect and implement integrations between ServiceNow, AWS, and third-party platforms

• Customise and enhance ServiceNow modules to support dynamic business needs

• Work with DevOps to embed ServiceNow into CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment workflows

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to future team capability building

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of combined experience in ServiceNow and Java development, including more than 3 years in a senior/lead role

• Deep expertise in ServiceNow CSM—workflows, scripting, module customisation, and extension

• Proficiency in backend Java development, ideally with Spring Boot or similar frameworks

• Hands-on experience with AWS services and secure system integration

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
