Lead Service Advisor (Automotive Industry)

Benefits Summary:

• Up to $3800 + Bonus

• 5.5 days

• Working Location: East

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of Service Advisors, Claims Advisors, and Admin staff.

• Manage the process for vehicle service and repairs, working closely with the workshop team.

• Oversee insurance claims and body repair services, making sure reports are accurate and on time.

• Track team performance and help increase sales from servicing, repairs, and extra services.

• Any ad-hoc duties as required.
