About the role:
We are looking for a mission-driven Lead / Senior Product Manager to elevate our end-to-end reservation and rental experience for customers. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and Business teams as well as external vendors to solve tough problems and deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes. This role is reporting to Head of Product.
You will own the reservation & rental product domain, balancing user needs, business goals, and operational realities. Your north star: deliver a seamless, intuitive, and efficient experience that earns customer trust and drives business growth.
- Shape product strategy with deep understanding of customer behaviour, operational needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Own and maintain the product roadmap and OKRs for the reservation & rental experience.
- Lead continuous discovery to surface customer pain points, internal inefficiencies, and new opportunities to improve availability and reliability.
- Run solution discovery and lightweight prototyping to test hypotheses early and efficiently.
- Ensure product solutions are viable, feasible, and desirable, driving revenue, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Customer Experience teams and external vendors to align and unblock delivery.
- Be a force-multiplier to drive alignment, simplify complexity, and keep the teams focused on outcomes over output.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
- Proven success in end-to-end B2C product management across both startups and established companies. Ideally, 6+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a senior/lead capacity.
- Experience launching digital products with measurable business impact.
- Strong mentorship, able to coach and support junior PMs.
- Passion for transportation, sustainability, and reshaping urban mobility.
You Thrive If You Are...
- Customer-obsessed: You intuit and advocate for customer needs with empathy and clarity.
- Innovation mindset: You are dissatisfied with status quo, and constantly want to make things better.
- Outcome-focused: You focus on business and user value, not just shipping features.
- Comfortable with ambiguity: You bring structure and clarity where others see chaos.
- Data-informed: You use data to support, not dictate, decisions — balancing numbers with nuance.
- Strategic and pragmatic: You simplify complex problems, prioritize ruthlessly, and know when to say no.
