We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Lead Sales Manager to help grow our market presence and drive new business opportunities across the full range of Jet Aviation’s products and services. In this role, you’ll work closely with Regional Operations and global teams to support and deliver on our growth strategy. Your ability to build strong relationships and understand client needs will be key to your success. Experience in aircraft management sales is highly preferred, and we’d love to hear from you if you're looking to take the next step in your sales career within the aviation industry.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key senior-level decision makers and influencers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Identify, develop, and successfully close new sales opportunities across our portfolio of services and solutions
Drive demand and increase brand visibility by effectively promoting the organization’s products and services
Coordinate sales visits in collaboration with relevant sales team members to maximize efficiency and client engagement
Respond to RFQs promptly, prepare accurate quotations, and follow up to ensure successful project closure
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand networks and generate leads
Achieve revenue targets by growing account value and increasing customer spend
Conduct regular meetings with senior management of key accounts to understand their needs and align them with our solutions
Stay up to date with current and emerging digital technologies relevant to customer needs and industry trends
Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical qualification required, with other relevant advanced degree preferred
Minimum 5 years in an equivalent Sales role (preferably in aviation)
Significant experience in Sales
Profound industry and competitor knowledge
Fluent in English
Able to travel regularly at short notice
Excellent communications, customer service and people skills
Results driven – able to execute with high personal accountability
Strong initiative and self-direction
Customer focused – externally focused - strong market perspective
A high-energy, proactive self-starter with excellent communications skills.
