SOLARGY PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified WSH Officer (WSHO) / ECO to lead safety, health and environmental compliance on the LTA Cross Island Line project in Singapore. You will implement and enforce controls, perform risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement.

You will conduct inspections, incident investigations, and regulatory submissions while coordinating with project managers, contractors, and authorities to ensure safety excellence and environmental responsibility.

Qualifications

• Registered WSHO with MOM is mandatory.
• Registered ECO with NEA or relevant authority (mandatory).
• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health, NEBOSH, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant WSH experience, preferably on major infrastructure projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead implementation and continual improvement of WSH policies, procedures and systems.
• Ensure site activities comply with LTA/MOM safety requirements and project safety plans.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, RA exercises, and investigations with CAPA.
• Review subcontractor/workers compliance; enforce corrective actions.
• Prepare safety reports, documentation, and regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate toolbox talks, inductions, training, and emergency drills.
• Oversee environmental control measures (noise, dust, waste) per NEA/LTA.
