PANCARE Medical Clinic Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead and supervise care staff, ensuring high-quality client care and adherence to protocols. You will manage medications, emergency responses, ICPs, and documentation while promoting patient safety and education.

The role requires SNB-registered status, BCLS/AED certification, and a track record in Hospitals, Transitional Care Facilities, Nursing Homes, or Day Care Centres. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with SNB practising certificate.
• BCLS and AED certification.
• Experience in Hospitals, Transitional Care Facilities, Nursing Homes, or Day Care Centres.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work weekends/public holidays when needed.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Supervise care staff and ensure patient care meets protocols.
• Deliver comprehensive client care, including emergencies and medications.
• Maintain accurate resident medical records and ICPs.
• Train care staff and provide health education to clients.
• Administer medications with safety and proper documentation.
• Assist residents with ADLs and maintain patient comfort.
• Collaborate with therapists to execute planned therapies.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions promptly.
• Maintain hygiene and safety of equipment and the facility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
