Overview:

We are looking for a Lead QA Engineer to drive quality initiatives, mentor QA team members, and lead the implementation of robust testing practices within an Agile and DevOps-driven environment. This role combines hands-on testing, automation leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day QA activities and provide technical guidance to a team of QA engineers and automation specialists.

• Define and enforce testing standards, QA best practices, and quality KPIs.

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines.

• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software lifecycle.

• Drive test strategy for system validation, performance testing, and regression coverage.

• Support compliance, risk management, and security testing efforts where needed.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in quality assurance, including test planning, automation, and system validation.

• Strong knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.

• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools.

• Proven ability to lead QA efforts and mentor junior team members.

• Familiarity with software security standards and regulatory compliance frameworks.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a regulated or enterprise-grade environment.

• Certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent are a plus.
