Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, PM, or related field.
• Proven experience leading project teams and managing complex portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies, governance, risk, contract management, and financial controls.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and high-performance team development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in global, matrixed organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers.
• Oversee a portfolio of projects with risk management and resource optimization.
• Drive delivery excellence within contractual, budget, and schedule targets.
• Establish project governance and ensure compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting, and capacity planning.
• Support revenue growth and profitability across the portfolio.
• Ensure effective contract, claims, procurement, and commercial management.
• Serve as escalation point for complex project issues.
