Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Engineer to lead defined work or projects with moderate complexity in Singapore. You will follow an individual work plan, meet day-to-day objectives, and resolve issues through action and short-term planning.

The role involves advising on technical aspects of Project Design for large-scale initiatives, coordinating technical documentation, risk assessments, and supporting construction, start-up and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• At least 3 year of experience working in a professional environment.
• Experience in Relevant Engineering or relevant industry.
• High energy level -self-starter.
• Google suite proficiency.
• Sense of urgency in dealing with issues and tasks.
• Leadership skills and ability to effectively operate in a matrix team / organization.
• Ability to organize, assess, orchestrate, prioritize tasks, risks, resources, milestones, and deliverables.
• Presentation and Communication skills

Responsibilities

• The Project Engineer handles defined work or projects with moderate complexity.
• Follow an individual work plan and meet day-to-day short-term objectives; resolve issues quickly.
• Advise on technical aspects of Project Design for large-scale projects.
• Assist in resolving Product Department technical issues during a project.
• Coordinate project technical documentation and technical correspondence.
• Assist in risk assessment of technical aspects and mitigation measures.
• Support HQ technical support for construction, start-up and commissioning.
• Participate in necessary project processes.
• Provide feedback via Lessons Learned Process across the project.
• Support engineering team and Project Manager; allocate technical resources within budget.
• Execute design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using engineering principles.
