Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with relevant working experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project for project scheduling and reporting.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings accurately.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management activities with minimal supervision to ensure successful delivery of cleanroom and HVAC engineering projects.
• Represent the company in external project kick-off meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to align project objectives and technical requirements.
• Implement and enforce safe work procedures (SWP) and risk control measures to maintain a safe working environment on site.
• Proactively identify and resolve site problems promptly to minimize project delays and disruptions.
• Prepare and submit timely project progress reports and documentation to stakeholders.
• Manage QA/QC processes by recording defects and ensuring proper documentation and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate daily work activities of site workers to ensure tasks are performed correctly and efficiently.
• Conduct daily inspections of work progress, housekeeping, and safety compliance with safety personnel.
• Support cost control by minimizing material wastage and optimizing tools and equipment usage.
• Initiate and manage material orders required for project execution to maintain workflow continuity.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including email communications and records of progress and damages.
