Job summary

Seagate Technology in Singapore seeks an experienced Engineering Specialist IV to ensure safe, reliable operation and maintenance of critical facilities and utilities supporting cleanroom manufacturing. You will coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to minimize downtime and maintain production continuity.

The role requires a Diploma or Higher NITEC in Electrical Engineering or related field, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and the ability to work rotating

Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher NITEC in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation/Control Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience in facilities operation and maintenance in manufacturing settings.
• Experience with cleanroom or semiconductor facilities is a plus.
• Able to work rotating 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and facilities systems.
• Operate and maintain facility systems in line with safety and company standards.
• Respond promptly to faults to minimize downtime and production impact.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors for maintenance, shutdowns, and overhauls.
• Document work orders and maintenance history in CMMS/FMS.
• Support shift handovers and smooth operational coverage.
