We are seeking a dedicated Lead Product Owner to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring products meet the highest quality standards.

As a Senior Advanced Technical Product Owner / Energy Audit at Honeywell, you will guide products through their lifecycle, ensuring technical solutions are developed and delivered on schedule. You will collaborate with product management to align solutions with market and customer demands, mitigate technical risks, and resolve issues swiftly. Your leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive risk management will contribute to delivering high-quality, market-relevant products that enhance our competitiveness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize technical requirements in Building Automation and Sustainability domains.
  • Develop technical specifications aligned with overall product strategy.
  • Provide technical guidance throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Work closely with the Technical Product Owner Manager to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Participate in product planning and roadmap discussions.

MUST HAVE

  • 10+ years of experience in an Energy Auditor role or similar technical leadership position.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes.
  • Experience working in agile environments and familiarity with agile principles.
  • Experience with commercial and end-user teams in SaaS product commercialization.
  • Experience developing licensable SaaS solutions for building automation.
  • Certified Energy Auditor/Manager with experience establishing energy use baselines.
  • Knowledge of IPMVP/ASHRAE Standards.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Certifications in product management or agile methodologies (e.g., CSPO).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
