As a Lead Product Manager, you will own and shape the strategic vision for key digital products that drive school and educator productivity. You will lead product strategy, manage complex user needs, and deliver measurable value toward MOE’s long-term education transformation goals. You will drive user-centric innovation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior product managers where needed.

Key Responsibilities

1. Shape Product Strategy and Lead Key Products
2. Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for critical platforms like School Cockpit and related educator productivity tools.
3. Own and lead key digital products that drive school and educator productivity, managing multiple user personas, complex workflows, and evolving operational needs.
4. Deliver measurable, positive impact aligned with MOE’s strategic objectives, contributing to sustainable, scalable digital transformation.
5. Develop and Scale Digital Solutions for Educators
6. Build, prototype, and scale digital tools that reduce administrative workload and enhance teaching and learning experiences.
7. Engage deeply with schools and educators to validate user needs, refine workflows, and ensure real-world adoption and impact.
8. Foster an integrated ecosystem of solutions, working closely with engineering and UX teams to ensure cohesive user experiences.
9. Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration and Mentorship
10. Align diverse stakeholders — including engineers, designers, policy officers, and school leaders — around shared goals and product outcomes.
11. Champion a strong product mindset within the team and the division, advocating for iterative, user-driven development practices.
12. Mentor and guide junior product managers or project teams, raising the overall craft and strategic thinking in product development.

1. Product Leadership: Proven experience owning and growing large, complex products with strategic, measurable impact.
2. User-Centric Vision: Deep empathy for educators and school needs, with a strong ability to translate insights into user-centered solutions.
3. Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Skilled at setting long-term product strategies, prioritizing investments, and making data-driven decisions.
4. Technical Fluency: Strong appreciation of modern web technologies, platforms, and API ecosystems (without needing to code).
5. Agile Mindset: Advocate for iterative development, continuous validation, and responsive roadmap adjustments.
6. Cross-Functional Influence: Effective at rallying diverse teams toward common outcomes.
7. Mentorship and Coaching: Ability to guide junior PMs and nurture a culture of excellence.

Qualification Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Education Technology, or related fields; Master’s degree preferred.
2. At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or government digital services.
3. Strong track record of launching, scaling, and evolving impactful digital products.
4. Experience with agile methodologies and full product lifecycle management.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
6. Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
7. Familiarity with Singapore’s education sector is an advantage.
