Job summary

Coins.ph is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead AML/CFT, KYC onboarding, and fraud risk initiatives. You will partner with Compliance and Data teams to translate regulations into scalable product features and risk scoring across the onboarding and transaction lifecycle.

The role emphasizes balancing conversion with risk controls, building internal tooling for case management and investigations, and integrating with external vendors to strengthen sanctions screening and SAR/STR

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in fintech, payments, or crypto.
• Strong understanding of AML / CFT, KYC / KYB, and transaction monitoring.
• Experience building or managing risk engines, fraud systems, or compliance platforms.
• Familiarity with Philippines BSP/AMLC regulations or similar regulatory environments.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into scalable product solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the AML/CFT, onboarding, and transaction monitoring product roadmap.
• Design risk scoring frameworks across onboarding and lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Compliance to implement regulatory features.
• Build and improve KYC/KYB onboarding flows for individuals and businesses.
• Optimize CDD/EDD, including document verification and live checks.
• Balance user conversion with regulatory risk controls.
• Define fraud detection strategies and build rules engines.
• Develop real-time monitoring and alerting for transactions.
• Create internal tools for case management, investigations, and reporting.
• Coordinate with external vendors for KYC, analytics, and sanctions data.
• Lead cross-functional teams bridging regulatory needs and product delivery.
