Lead Product Manager (AI Products )

We're looking for a Lead Product Manager to drive the delivery and development of cutting edge AI products and solutions.

Opportunity to join an innovative team leading the organization's AI product roadmap.

• 5 days work week (Mon to Fri), Hybrid Work Arrangement.
• Salary up to $13,000.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the product team to develop, update, and prioritize long-term product roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders and users.
• Prioritize product features and define launch parameters, including MVP, versioning, releases, and go-to-market strategies.
• Work with the Solution & Design team to identify and validate problem statements for agile teams to innovate AI and digital solutions or improve existing products.
• Lead cross-functional agile teams, ensuring alignment on product requirements, feature prioritization, and delivery.
• Oversee team resources and performance, aligning individual aspirations with stakeholder needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Min. 10 years experience in digital product management or a similar role, with experience leading product management teams.
• Ability to adapt and pivot product strategy based on evolving customer needs and business goals. Strong analytical, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Collaborative, with the ability to work across functions to deliver products from ideation to launch.
• AI/ ML, Data Science, Data Analytics exposure is highly advantageous.
