Government Productivity Engineering
The Government Productivity Engineering (GPE) Division provides end-to-end solutions, encompassing both user-facing productivity tools and robust backend infrastructure, to support a wide array of operational needs. Our mission is to empower public officers to boost work productivity and enhance service delivery with digital tools, leveraging on a trusted, secure, and resilient Whole-of-Government Infrastructure.
Digital Resilency Engineering Team (DRE)
We are seeking a Product Manager to join the Digital Resiliency Engineering (DRE) division of the Government Productivity Engineering (GPE) Group. DRE builds platform infrastructure products that enable engineering teams to deliver observable, reliable, and resilient digital services. You will lead product management across DRE’s portfolio—defining product roadmaps, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring our platforms deliver long-term value. This role reports directly to the Director of DRE and requires deep ownership, strategic foresight, and experience managing infrastructure products for technical users.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Vision
Define and evolve the long-term product strategy and roadmap across DRE’s platform offerings.
Ensure strategic alignment across engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
Define success metrics and use data to inform decisions and prioritization.
Execution & Delivery
Drive the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch, with strong focus on user impact, performance, and scalability.
Oversee go-to-market planning including pricing, positioning, packaging, and rollout coordination.
Manage a portfolio of infrastructure products, ensuring coherence and value across the suite.
Leadership & Collaboration
Mentor other team members and contribute to growing product capability within the division.
Facilitate clear, structured communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Represent DRE in working groups and decision forums involving infrastructure product strategy.

DRE’s product strategy and roadmap are clearly articulated, widely understood, and directly shaping engineering direction and priorities.
Each product under DRE has measurable impact, clear value proposition, and increasing adoption across user teams.
Teams are aligned around shared goals and working iteratively toward long-term product outcomes.
Product thinking is embedded in team processes, with stronger capabilities emerging across functions.
Go-to-market activities for DRE products—such as pricing, onboarding, and adoption—are structured and effective.
What we are looking for:
What You Bring
At least 5 years of product management experience, with a focus on platform infrastructure products or developer-facing tools.
Demonstrated ownership of a product portfolio, including setting vision, roadmaps, and priorities.
Strong strategic thinking, able to balance long-term goals with short-term execution needs.
Proficiency with data-driven product development—defining success metrics, experimentation, and continuous iteration.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence across technical and executive audiences.
Experience mentoring peers and uplifting product thinking across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working in GovTech, public sector, or regulated environments.
Familiarity with go-to-market activities, including pricing strategy and user adoption planning.
Understanding of DevOps, observability, cloud infrastructure, or SRE principles.
Comfortable working in agile environments and using service design or design thinking methodologies.
