Pave Bank, the world’s first programmable business bank, seeks a Head of Platform Engineering in Singapore to own the development and operation of our platform infrastructure. This hands-on leadership role requires steering technical direction while remaining deeply involved in design and implementation of critical systems.

You will shape engineering practices, build production services on GCP using Go, manage CI/CD and IaC, and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

Hands-on leadership in platform engineering with production focus.
Strong Go development experience and ability to build production services.
Deep knowledge of cloud platforms and managing production systems.
Experience with security, reliability, and on-call incident response.

Responsabilités

Own the technical direction and evolution of Pave Bank's platform infrastructure.
Design, build, and maintain reliable platform services on GCP.
Remain hands-on with Go development and authentication flows (OAuth 2.0).
Work with Temporal for workflow orchestration and with Kubernetes for production workloads.
Design and manage cloud networking (VPC, IPsec, KMS) and production databases (Cloud SQL/PostgreSQL).
Lead CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices; establish observability and monitoring.
Act as technical lead for complex platform problems and mentor engineers.
