Job description

We’re rethinking homes for how people really live, and we’re looking for a Lead Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Growth & Intelligence Marketing team to help shape the future of living—one thoughtful detail at a time.

From strategy to storytelling, Marketing powers brand and business growth at Castlery. As part of the Performance Marketing team, you'll be focused on the Singapore market to drive performance and ROI by identifying channel-level opportunities, proposing strategic initiatives, and executing optimizations based on data-driven insights.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage ad campaign creation, management, reporting, and optimization across key channels – e.g., Google, Facebook, Pinterest, Bing, Retargeting partners.
  • Manage significant budgets in the markets Castlery operates in to ensure optimal budget allocation decisions are made to maximize performance.
  • Able to deep dive into performance to come up with proposals and initiatives.

Performance marketing strategy:

  • Lead and support key projects under the SG OP.
  • Develop quarterly and monthly strategies aligned with the country strategy.
  • Communicate with key external partners and stay abreast of marketing trends to ensure Castlery remains a pioneer in performance marketing.
  • Propose new ad creative ideas based on our unique value propositions, current trends, and competitor insights.

Reporting:

  • Data pull and reporting of SG performance from key channels’ weekly reports.

Cross-team collaboration:

  • Manage small to mid-scale projects through collaboration with internal teams such as Campaigns, Creative, Brand & Content, Partnerships, Category, and Demand Planning.

What you need to succeed:

  • 6-9 years of experience in performance marketing in brands or media agencies.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, or relevant fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for data analytics. Experience with Google Analytics and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
