HRNET Ventures PTE. LTD. is seeking a Paramedic and Crew Leader to respond to emergency calls and deliver high-quality pre-hospital care. This full-time, shift-based role will place you at the frontline of EMS operations Islandwide.

You will lead the EMS crew, provide advanced pre-hospital care, manage ambulance readiness and equipment checks, mentor junior EMTs/EMTDs, and ensure KPIs are met. MOH-recognized paramedic course required.

Qualifications

• Paramedic course recognized by MOH.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMS crew during emergency responses.
• Provide advanced pre-hospital care and patient stabilization.
• Manage crew operations, including ambulance readiness and equipment checks.
• Ensure compliance with operational and administrative KPIs.
• Mentor and guide junior EMTs/EMTDs during shifts.
