Job summary

NCS is seeking an experienced OutSystems Architect to lead large-scale projects and provide technical leadership across the full software lifecycle in Singapore. You will define system-level architecture, high-level design patterns, and governance using OutSystems best practices, while mentoring teams and ensuring reuse of Forge components.

Engage clients, support pre-sales, and deliver TDS documentation, with a focus on scalable deployment on O11/ODC and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

Typically 10-15 years of technical experience with architectural design.
Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience with OutSystems (O11/ODC).
Experience developing and deploying large scalable OutSystems applications.
Experience with Cloud platforms and understanding of OutSystems cloud deployment models.
Proficiency with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines; knowledge of enterprise standards.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership in large complexity OutSystems project(s) on O11/ODC.
Define system-level architecture, high-level design, and architectural policies.
Develop Technical Design Specification (TDS) and oversee implementation.
Engage clients to explain architecture rationale and platform capabilities.
Ensure best practices, reusable components, and Forge assets are used.
Troubleshoot platform-specific challenges and drive performance improvements.
Coach and mentor Associate Architects and OutSystems developers.
Be involved in pre-sales solution activities and provide technical expertise.
