Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Accounting & Tax Manager to oversee outsourced accounting and corporate tax for a portfolio of clients in Singapore. You will prepare full sets of accounts, financial statements, and year-end schedules while ensuring tax compliance and timely filings.

The role requires hands-on corporate tax experience, GST filings, and familiarity with SFRS, IRAS, and ACRA/XBRL.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Taxation or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant outsourced accounting and/or corporate tax services experience.
• Experience independently managing a portfolio of external accounting/tax clients.
• Hands-on experience in corporate tax computations, GST filings, full sets accounting and financial reporting.
• Familiar with Singapore tax regulations, SFRS, IRAS requirements and ACRA/XBRL filings.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a portfolio of outsourced accounting and corporate tax clients.
• Prepare and review full sets of accounts, management accounts, financial statements and year-end schedules.
• Prepare and review corporate tax computations, ECI, Form C/C-S, GST and withholding tax filings.
• Handle IRAS submissions, tax queries, compliance matters and basic tax advisory.
• Review XBRL financial statements and ensure compliance with ACRA requirements and SFRS.
• Liaise with clients, auditors, tax authorities and other relevant stakeholders.
• Supervise and review junior staff's work, ensuring timely and accurate client deliverables.
• Support client relationship management, workflow improvements and other related duties.
