Job summary

HTX, Singapore's premier Science and Technology agency, seeks a seasoned OT automation specialist to drive conceptualisation and deployment of automation across the Corrections & Narcotics programme. You will manage projects, define technical specs, and coordinate with HTDs and vendors to deliver sustainable, compliant solutions that enhance operational effectiveness.

The role requires 5–8 years in OT automation or related fields, strong planning and communication skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related S&T disciplines.
• 5–8 years of OT automation, OT-ICT integration or related domains in project/ O&S roles.
• Experience with robotics, automation, and assets management technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive conceptualisation and implementation of OT automation solutions for HTX and CNPMC.
• Plan timelines, budgets, milestones and deliverables to ensure deployment success.
• Develop technical specifications and documentation, including contractual terms.
• Manage vendors and HTDs to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards.
• Engage HTDs to discuss automation roadmaps and strategic planning.
• Oversee post-deployment sustainment to maintain operational continuity and compliance.
