Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced technical delivery lead to guide development teams on AML project related system changes and production fixes. You will oversee design sessions, drive architecture decisions, and coordinate with vendor teams to ensure timely delivery across all project phases.

The role involves working across UNIX/Linux/Windows environments, Oracle SQL/PLSQL development, and scripting with PowerShell.

Qualifications

• Hands-on design and configuration experience.
• Experience leading design workshops with users.
• Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development skills.
• Strong Java/scripting knowledge in Unix/Linux/Windows environments.
• Strong PowerShell knowledge and Windows BAT scripting.
• System delivery operational impact awareness.
• Ability to understand SLA/KPI and deliver items on time.
• Vendor interaction and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development team by providing technical guidance to team members aligning with the project’s goals while ensuring high-quality execution/solutions are provided.
• Awareness of team members deliverables and sensitivity to deliverables and timelines
• Contribute to design, development, unit testing, code review and end to end rollout of AML project related system changes/production fixes
• Manage and work with vendor teams, cross-teams and stakeholders to successfully deliver enhancements for AML systems during all phases of the project delivery/production fixes.
• Review and contribute to test planning for SIT and UAT
• Coordinate and plan with Infra and change management teams for application deployment activities in DevOps environment.
• Effect system changes into test and production environments by following application change implementation process via the Bitbucket, Jenkins and Aldon change management tools
• Conduct technical delivery/process knowledge and best practices sharing/training sessions with internal teams to raise teams competency level.
• Maintain application infrastructure in Unix/Linux, Windows and Oracle environments
