Job summary

Ethos Search Associates Pte. Ltd. is seeking an engineer to design and execute validation plans for optical transceivers, calibrate and test electro-optic components, and manage automated test platforms.

You will review results, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve design and reliability. The role requires experience with testing optical components, strong knowledge of optical communications, and proficiency in Python, C and MATLAB for data analysis and

Qualifications

Working experience with testing optical components and validating high-speed links.
Sound knowledge of optical communication systems and fiber optics.
Proficient with data analysis and debugging hardware/electronics.
Experience with Silicon Photonics and high-speed optical interconnects.

Responsibilities

Design and execute validation plans for optical transceivers and related components.
Calibration, characterization, and testing of electro-optic transceivers.
Manage automated test platforms for optical transceiver validation.
Review test results and troubleshoot performance issues.
Work with cross-functional teams to improve product design and reliability.
Validation processes documentation and technical reports generation.
