Ensuring compliance with evolving accreditation standards, optimizing nursing processes, and maintaining the highest standards of patient safety will be among your responsibilities. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to drive continuous improvement and excellence in healthcare delivery is also expected.

Your role will involve training and empowering nursing staff to uphold and exceed quality standards in their daily operations. Acting as a key liaison between nursing staff and hospital administration on quality assurance and process improvement projects will be part of your responsibilities. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience independently handling JCI Accreditation of large hospitals and knowledge in ANA Magnet Recognition.
