Job summary

GE Vernova Services Singapore seeks a Lead Process Engineer- NDT Level III to own and enhance NDT processes across our gas turbine repair operations in Singapore. You will lead Level III activities, develop and qualify inspection methods, and provide technical leadership on inspection issues within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• At least 6 years of experience in engineering, quality, NDT, or special process roles.
• Experience in gas turbine repair, aerospace, MRO, or regulated environments preferred.
• Current ASNT NDT Level III certification in at least one method: FPI, MPI, ECI, UI.
• Experience developing or improving NDT processes in industrial settings.
• Strong troubleshooting, audit and coaching capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern NDT Level III activities across approved methods and procedures.
• Develop, qualify, implement, and improve NDT and related special processes.
• Provide technical leadership for inspection issues across gas turbine repair.
• Support and improve methods including FPI, MPI, ECI, UI, visual inspection, and airflow testing.
• Train, coach, and certify Level I and II technicians.
• Drive safe, compliant, and efficient processes per codes and standards.
• Lead process assessments, audits, troubleshooting, and root-cause investigations.
• Identify and implement new inspection technologies and process improvements.
