• Psychometric Support and Program Evaluation (20% FTE): Guide evaluation frameworks and psychometric analyses of exams, test equating, and standards-setting methods.
• Teaching and Curriculum Development (10% FTE): Teach MHPEER and lead Research and Critical Thinking courses within the MD Programme.
