This role is strategic and cross-functional, requiring a highly creative and detail-oriented designer who excels in a fast-paced startup environment. As the Lead Marketing Designer, you will be responsible for defining the visual language, leading design sprints for product storytelling, and bringing innovation to life across various marketing channels including web, social media, and product communications.Key Responsibilities- Establish the visual identity and design system for the new product line from the ground up- Oversee all design requirements for go-to-market campaigns, brand development, and launch materials- Develop and manage high-quality assets for websites, landing pages, videos, social media, advertisements, and events- Collaborate closely with product marketing, growth, leadership, and content teams to shape go-to-market storytelling- Drive creative concepts from ideation to execution across print and digital formats- Utilize AI-powered design tools to increase efficiency and output quality- Create and maintain a modular asset library to support agile marketing needs- Present and advocate for design strategy to leadership and cross-functional teams- Recruit and mentor junior designers or freelancers as the team expandsMust-Have Qualifications- 6-10 years of experience in marketing design, brand design, or creative direction, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, product storytelling, and scalable design systems- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and motion tools- Deep understanding of growth marketing, conversion design, and visual hierarchy- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative design environment with changing priorities- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the capability to visually and strategically present ideas- Hands-on experience with AI design tools and a knack for blending creativity with productivity- Bachelor's degree or higher in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, UI/UX, or a related fieldGood to Have- Experience with Webflow or CMS design- Background in product launches from inception to execution- Familiarity with go-to-market playbooks and storytelling for enterprise audiences- Previous leadership involvement in an early-stage product or brand design teamWhy Join Soroco By joining Soroco, you will play a crucial role in launching a new product that defines a new category, shaping its identity from the ground up.
