Job summary

Maybell Quantum Industries seeks a Lead Manufacturing Engineer to stand up and operate production at our new Singapore facility. You will transfer proven processes from our Denver site to build to a single standard across locations.

You will configure lines for pulse tubes and refrigeration, drive quality systems, and lead continuous improvements while coordinating with engineering and manufacturing teams to meet aggressive schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing or production.
• 3+ years leading a manufacturing line.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and drives results.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Hands-on assembly and fabrication skills.
• Proven leadership and communication abilities.
• Team player with strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong safety-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize production lines for manufacturing of Maybell’s pulse tubes and Cold Cloud refrigerators.
• Implement manufacturing quality and organizational systems.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts.
• Develop work instructions and production documentation.
• Design manufacturing jigs and equipment to improve production quality and throughput.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve system design and DFM.
• Build and manage aggressive production schedules.
