Job summary

Maybell Quantum is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Engineer to stand up and run Singapore-based cryogenic production lines, transferring proven processes from Denver to maintain a single standard across sites.

You will configure lines for pulse tubes and Cold Cloud refrigerators, implement quality systems, lead continuous improvement, develop work instructions, design jigs, and drive production schedules while collaborating with engineering to improve DFM and throughput.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
8+ years of manufacturing experience.
3+ years leading a manufacturing line.
3+ years of management experience.
Self-starter with ability to drive results independently.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
Hands-on assembly and fabrication skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Strong CAD & mechanical design skills.
Team player with strong written and verbal communication.
Strong safety-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Configure and optimize production lines for manufacturing of Maybell's pulse tubes and Cold Cloud refrigerators
Implement manufacturing quality and organizational systems
Lead continuous improvement efforts
Develop work instructions and production documentation
Design manufacturing jigs and equipment to improve production quality and throughput
Collaborate with engineering to improve system design and DFM
Build and manage aggressive production schedules
