ProtoTech Solutions is seeking a skilled Lead / Manager Design Engineer (Civil) specializing in Highway Design & Development. This role involves shaping impactful projects across various industries and continents.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and draft highway corridors, grading, drainage, and utilities.
2. Conduct land surveying activities.
3. Utilize AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Carlson for design and drafting tasks.
4. Lead a team of 8-10 individuals, overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery.
5. Ensure project compliance with international standards, including US and Europe-based projects.
6. Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.
7. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
8. Conduct technical reviews and ensure standards and regulations are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering.
• 4-10 years of experience in highway design, land surveying, and utilities planning.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D; familiarity with Carlson is advantageous.
• Knowledge of highway design principles and industry standards.
• Minimum 2 years of team management experience.
