Job summary

Array Engineering & Facilities Management Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced M&E Technical/Engineer/Supervisor to oversee upcoming projects. You will lead a team of technicians, coordinate maintenance tasks, supervise work, and ensure timely reporting.

The role requires at least 2 years in the field and a related engineering diploma or degree. You may advance to supervisory responsibilities and will liaise with clients and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Higher NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities) or equivalent.
• Candidates with experience could be considered for a Supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians to handle service requests
• Coordinate with business units to perform ad hoc/scheduled maintenance
• Supervise all maintenance work
• Track all maintenance activities and prepare maintenance reports
• Investigate and analyze fault
• Attend meeting with client, generate weekly/monthly report
• Oversees and inspects the work performed by external vendor
• Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time & materials needed to complete repair
• Ordering of necessary materials & supplies to complete all tasks & maintaining the store inventory
• Assist in any other routine facilities maintenance related assignments
• Collate Overtime and Transport record from technicians and submit to HQ after signatures from OPM.
